The question is how do you find your endorphin zone? Most people get into the zone as they engage in a physical activity that gives them a sense of mastery over their body. This can be as you run, walk, dance do aerobics, martial arts, yoga or anything else. It’s when your body is doing what you direct it to do – causing you to feel good.
