Depression is an illness that can have different definitions depending on who you’re asking. Many people go through this highly personal experience. Spotting Warning Signs Of Depression

The symptoms aren’t the same for everyone. Depression as a serious disorder and has the potential of destroying a person’s life if left unaddressed or ignored. Most people suffering from depression say it’s like despair that cloaks everything they feel and do. If your idea of depression is feeling down because you lost a ballgame then you’re way off. It goes deeper than that. Depression is worse than simple frustration or sadness.

The bottom line is it takes everything away from an individual. You lose focus, can’t concentrate, it drains your energy and joy practically disappears. You cease caring about anything.
